CERTIFICATIONS

At Technitiger, all our protective fabrics are manufactured and certified according to the strictest standards, ensuring that they meet the necessary levels of protection for each type of occupational hazard.

CERTIFICATIONS

THAT GUARANTEE THE SAFETY AND QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS

Basic standard specifying the requirements for garments intended for protection against thermal hazards. It includes the following subcategories:

  • EN ISO 15025 (Code A): Direct flame performance.
  • EN ISO 9151 (Code B): Convective heat behavior.
  • EN ISO 6942 (Code C): Radiant heat behavior.
  • EN ISO 9185 (Codes D and E): Performance against molten metal splashes (Aluminum and Steel).
  • EN ISO 12127 (Code F): Contact heat performance.

Specific for garments intended for protection in welding tasks, with emphasis on resistance to molten material splashes and welding arc radiation.

Complementary standard indicating the level of protection against electric arc burns:

  • EN IEC 61482-1-1: Open arc method, measures resistance in Kcal/cm² (ATPV, EBT and/or Elim values).
  • EN 61482-1-2: Box Test Method, classifies the garment as Class 1 (≥ 4 KA) or Class 2 (≥ 7 KA).

It measures the capacity to dissipate the accumulated static charge to prevent fires in flammable atmospheres.

Measures protection against chemical liquid splashes.

Specifies the requirements for high visibility clothing, ensuring the visual presence of the wearer.

Standard for firefighter intervention garments, focused on resistance, impermeability, ergonomics and comfort.

Specific for protective clothing for forest firefighters, with requirements adapted to these risks.

Basic standard for protection against small flames, without major thermal risks. If there are higher risks, EN ISO 11612 must be complied with.

Global recycled Standard Technitiger

Traceability and control of our recycled materials are essential. For this reason, our products are certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), which ensures traceability and social and environmental control in production.

Certificado OekoTex Standard 100

All our fabrics are certified under the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, ensuring that they do not contain substances harmful to human health and the environment.
